- Business growing year on year.
- Adding value to the county as a tourist destination.
- Creating employment and development of staff for the betterment of tourism in Oxfordshire.
- Customer feedback detailing satisfaction with the services/facilities on offer.
Museum trustee Roger Humphries and commercial manager Emma Williams accepted the award on behalf of the Vale & Downland Museum Trust. Museum Administrator Tony Hadland said, "This award is great recognition of the good work done by our many volunteers and our small team of paid staff over the last few years. We're all very proud of it and hope we can do even better in the future."
